Arrival & Cancellation
You should Plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
we have a grace period of 5-10 minutes arriving late will result in limiting your time for your service (the full value of your treatment will be charged)
if you must cancel your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours before to ensure you receive your deposit back.
those who make an appointment and do not show or notify are charged $25 service fee with no deposit refund.
General information
for hammam services please discontinue wearing any oils or lotions on your body 48 hours upon your appointment
Make sure to come hydrated drink plenty of water & we will also provide you with water.
for Self Scrub services We do not provide you with anything for your service, you must bring all your own products ,towels ,robe ,slippers, etc.(products available for purchase). You are required to clean hammam after your services if left dirty this will result in a $10 fee.
Reservation & Booking
We operate only by appointments and reservations. we encourage you to make bookings in advance as our availability may be limited.
20% Deposit due when booking we will not save your appointment if 20% deposit is not made.
Our staff is here to help you through planning your spa experience, we can help accommodate any specific requests or accommodations you may have.
When making a booking online or over the phone please specify Gender ( this is to notify our technicians who do not take men due to religious reasons) any allergies, or health issues you may have.
Payments and gratuities
Prices and services are subject to change.
we encourage you to pay by card, cash payments can also be made.
